Our Facebook app creates a dynamic event page on your business’s Facebook page. This page automatically updates as you manage events in your HoldMyTicket account. ‘BUY TICKETS’ buttons allow patrons to buy tickets directly from your Facebook page. You’ll never have to add events on Facebook again. We do the work for you!
HoldMyTicket has actually had a free Facebook app that displays all of your events since 2008.
Recently, Facebook has shuffled a few things around so we dusted off our old app and made some updates to make it support more features. Here is a refresher on how to get your events showing up on your Facebook page now.
Here’s how to install HoldMyTicket’s Facebook App:
- Log into your HoldMyTicket account and click on the ‘Venues’ tab.
- Click ‘Edit’ for the venue whos shows you want listed on your Facebook page.
- On the bottom of the form, under ‘Social Networking Options’ click ‘Install Facebook App’ and follow the steps!
Your HoldMyTicket events are now accessible on the left side of your Facebook page under the ‘Upcoming Events‘ tab!
The tab says “Upcoming Events“. You can change this link name to something else like “Buy Tickets” or “Club Calendar” if you wish by clicking edit under the apps and editing the HoldMyTicket app on your Facebook account.
MULTIPLE VENUES: If you are a promoter who works at multiple venues you can display all of your events at different venues on one Facebook page by following these steps for each venue in your HMT account.
