Sell
Selecting the event, ticket type and amount is simple and intuitive, utilizing drag and drop functionality. If you use a seating chart, selecting seats is built in to the ticket selecting process. Payment types supported are cash, credit or check, however comps are also an option. Each sale goes through your HoldMyTicket account so all your data is in one place.

Print
HMT’s Box Office Software integrates with industry standard BOCA thermal ticket printers, or your standard desktop printer. You have the option to print ‘real’ tickets on ticket stock or eTickets on regular paper.

Lookup/Validate
By using a USB laser barcode scanner you can lookup and/or validate tickets by scanning their barcodes. When you validate entry using this system you can track the validation timeline and verify attendance in the event reports.

Reports
Recent Sales and Daily Sales reports provide access to financial audits, as well as sales history, purchaser information and the ability to re-print tickets if necessary.

1. Create a logo and/or image 550 pixels wide and 120 pixels tall and save it in .jpg format.
2. Login to your account and go to the ‘Venues’ tab. You’ll see a list of your venues.
3. Click ‘Edit’ next to the venue you’d like to add the custom masthead to. You’ll see the information for that venue.



4. Scroll down to the ‘Venue Preferences’ section, you’ll see a section labeled ‘Checkout Page Masthead.



5. Click the ‘Choose File’ button, browse to your new .jpg and upload the image to your venue.



6. Click ‘Save Venue’ at the bottom of the page.

Now when people purchase tickets for that venue they will see your custom masthead on the checkout page!

To access an Event Report: Navigate to your event. Click on your event – the event overview popup window will now appear. From that popup window click on ‘Report’ in the menu on top.

• Date Range Selector

To access your Sales Report: Once logged in simply click on the Reports tab and then click the Sales button.

Click the + tag icon to create a new tag for your event

A text field appears.

Now enter in your tags separated by commas.

Now click the “Save” button, and your tags will be saved to the event.

Adding a promo code to a ticket is simple.

• give the new ticket a price
• enter the amount of promo tickets to be available for purchase
• label the ticket description – General Admission (promo) or (diamond)
• click the use coupon code checkbox
